Just download file comes with several version including both white and black grid lines and for stand ad sizes. The template includes both PNG and PSD files.
Template Features:

Simply add the correct size PNG template as a layer over your image in Photoshop, Canva, GIMP or any other graphic design platform. If the text on your ad is in 5 or less boxes in the grid, then you ad complies with Facebook’s rules.
Be sure to remove the template layer before you export your final ad.
